- How It Works -Buy anything in the store for just $5 or less!On $5 Restock Day you can find tablets, gaming systems, and camerasOn $3 and $2 days you can get household, baby, and decor itemsAnd everything is a great deal on $1 and $0.50 days!- Store Rules -• No Camping! Folding chairs are okay, no tents or air mattresses!• Please be respectful of our neighboring businesses; leave your area better than you found it.• Once given a line spot ticket you must remain in line according to that number.• Customers may check out up to 30 minutes:o Return within 30 minutes: patrons will receive their line spot assignment back.o Fail to return in 30 minutes: patron must go to the end of the line.• No Strollers & No Children under the height of 5 Feet between the hours of 8 am – 10 am on Restock Days only. This time period will vary based on the number of customers in the store.• Once children enter the store they must remain with an adult at all times.• Only a certain number of customers can enter the store at a time.• DO NOT push or run in the store.• Do not throw or toss any products in or outside the bins.• Opening boxes will result in immediate removal from the store. Ask for employee assistance.• Once an employee has assisted in opening boxes have the boxes taped up to keep its contents secure.• If we are at capacity: when one customer leaves another may enter.• If removed from the store no items may be purchased.• Sorry, we no longer allow customers to bring their own bags or carts for shopping on Restock Days.• Two 19 gal Ikea bags will be provided to each customer.• Keep your bags with you at all times they can no longer be stored against the wall.• If left unattended the items within will be returned to the bins.• Once your bags are full:o please check your items for purchase.o return unwanted items to bins and continue shopping.o check out the items.• After check out customers may return to shop providing there isn’t a line waiting to come in.• We realize carrying around a large item can be difficult, let us help!• The large or bulk items are tagged stating the item is available including an ID number; the box is marked with the same number.• If you would like to purchase the large item, inspect it first then bring it to the cashier to purchase immediately.• Once paid for, the item can be held for later pickup. Just keep the receipt and the tag to claim when you have finished shopping.• There is a $10 minimum to run a credit or debit card.• Bulk or large items can be picked up when you have finished shopping by providing the receipt and tag that corresponds to the item number.• No returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please test items before you purchase them.- Golden Tickets -Golden Ticket will allow you to jump to the front of the line on a Restock Day providing you have redeemed your code. Only redeem your code for the date and location you know you can attend.Early Shopper Passport will allow you jump to the front of the line on a Restock Day as well as shop 15 minutes before official opening time providing you have redeemed your code. Only redeem your code for the date and location you know you can attend.Tickets are not available for purchase.You can win a ticket by:• Facebook: sharing pictures of your daily finds, checking-in to one of our locations, and sharing our posts.• APPCARD: Sign up and complete the registration with our APPCARD program. For more information on how to win with APPCARD download the app to your phone.• Other ways can include random games, giveaways, and more.If you win a Golden Ticket, you must go to one of our locations to pick it up. Bring your ID and ask for a manager. This ticket is non-transferable. After quarter day we take all the old stuff out, bring in a new load and go back to $5. This cycle repeats every 7 days. and even less on markdown days• What is a golden ticket and how can I get one?o A Golden Ticket is your way of getting into a store restock for free (even if it is sold out) or using it on the new Golden Ticket Saturdays. To use it on a Restock Day you must register your Golden Ticket on our ticket website. Once registered they are non-transferable, register quickly because we only have a limited number of slots available.• What payments do you accept?o We take cash, plus all major credit/debit cards ($10 minimum purchase). We do not accept checks.• Once I get my line spot ticket can I leave?o No! You may only go to your car to put away items like folding chairs, bags, etc. If you leave the parking lot you are forfeiting your spot in line.• What is the Golden Ticket for now?o Any Restock at the front of the line (no waiting) or Golden Ticket Saturday. You first need to pick up the golden ticket at one of our locations, go to the website and redeem the code on the back to reserve a randomly generated spot for the date you wish to attend. Restock days there will only be 10 spots available to redeem!• What about Children? Can I still carry them if they are not tall enough? I'm an adult under 5 foot are you going to tell me I can't come in?o No children under the height of 5 foot, no strollers and no carriers between the hours of 8 am – 10 am, This rule is for their safety, there will be 200+ people in this building it is not an environment suited for them. If you are adult (that means your are not a child) under the height of 5 foot you will still be permitted to enter.• If there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges how do I know my item works?o We get our stock from returns, refurbished, and out of season items. There is a chance it may not work or it can be an easy fix if you are handy. There are plug testing stations in the stores, if you need batteries ask an associate they may have some at the register. If it is anything else it’s a $5 gamble.• How often do you restock?o Every 5 days. You can signup for our text or email notifications and you’ll know whenever we restock or reduce prices at any of our locations. Restock calendars are also posted on our home page and Facebook.• What types of products do you sell?o You just never know! And neither do we. That’s a big part of the excitement that keeps people coming back week after week. We can tell you that most of what we offer is new – usually overstock, out of season, or return merchandise from big-name retailers. Our clothing-only stores feature clothing for men, women, children, and even pets in all sizes.• What is your return/exchange policy?o Everything is sold as-is. Sorry, but we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.• Can I bring my kids?o Yes, Except on RESTOCK DAYS before 10am. Also they must remain with an adult at all times.• What time can we start lining up?o Whenever you like, we only ask if you stay overnight that you do not bring a tent, folding chairs are fine, do not use the restroom in public (you can be arrested for that: public indecency), PLEASE be aware of your surroundings and come in groups because your life is worth more than a good deal.• When will someone hand out tickets?o Times will vary, you must be in line at the time the tickets are handed out, do not go to the person handing out tickets they will come to you. One ticket per person, no spot holding, if you are out of line at the time the tickets were handed out you must go to the end of the line.• How long are you going without tickets?o Indefinitely. Gimme A $5 is not an exclusive club we are better prepared and want to go back to our original concept for opening… give opportunity to our customers to find something amazing that they may not have had access to because of price.• Is it true we can only bring in one bag or cart and once it is full you'll make us leave?o We now provide bags for restock days, any other priced day you can bring any size bag or cart as long as it is stored against the wall (not in isles). It is up to you to keep an eye on your things employees will not watch them. There is not a time limit to shop, we only ask that if you have a full bag or cart to remember there are people outside waiting to come in.• If I can't open a box how will I know what's inside?o Employees may open boxes for you, this is to ensure the items within the box are not lost if you decide not to purchase and place it back into a bin. Also if a box contains multiple items you won’t be charged separately for each item (employees will tape the box back).
